Appointments and cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to other patients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a holding deposit for future bookings.

Fees and payment

Veterinary fees are payable at the time of consultation or discharge. We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards and cash. Written estimates can be provided on request for surgery and procedures; final fees may vary depending on findings during treatment.

Medication requests

Repeat medications are dispensed at the discretion of the treating veterinarian and in accordance with regulatory requirements. We may require an up-to-date examination before dispensing prescription medications.

Limitation of liability

Veterinary medicine involves inherent risks. While we use our best professional judgement, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the relevant service.
